SHIPPING POLICY:
Please note* Should your order show up mishandled due to USPS, please file a claim with USPS here: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/
Please keep in mind that all bundles have been inspected prior to being packed and sent to you. Once it is in USPS's hands, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur in the shipping process.
Please note that once an order is marked as DELIVERED by USPS, any problems with shipping must then be addressed with USPS. Claims for missing/mis-delivered packages can be made here: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/
Please double and triple check your address BEFORE checking out. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for any return to sender packages that must then be sent back out to the buyer due to address error. Should the buyer not agree to pay the re-shipping fee when offered, order will be canceled minus the shipping that was already paid as package had been shipped and returned.
If you shipped your package to the wrong address, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to replace your order.
To help avoid errors, make an site account at the top right-hand corner where addresses can be stored for quicker check out. This also offers a way to check on your order status.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that International Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Only after the 6th week should action be taken if your order still isn't received. Please follow the steps above if you selected Priority International Shipping.
If you selected first class international shipping you will not be able to submit a claim for a missing order. If this is a worry you may have please select Priority shipping to ensure a claim can be filed should your order go missing.
PRE-ORDER POLICY:
By participating in a pre-order purchase the customer agrees that it may be up to FOUR to EIGHT weeks before receiving their item if not earlier.
Once the customers order is completed it can no longer be canceled. Cancellation of pre-order will result in only a 50% refund and restocking fee.
REUTURN POLICY:
Return requests must be emailed to us at shopmojo.jojoplans@gmail.com within 5 days of your order being delivered. Please include your order number in your request.
Items may only be returned for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging. A return authorization (RA#) must be given prior to shipping your order back.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit while being returned.
All items will be inspected and processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with your issued store credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
**Please note, because a minimum quantity of sticker books have been ordered, the item may not be able to be replaced due to minor damage. The insides have been inspected and are functional.

All items are inspected before shipment, but if for some reason an item is defective or damaged please email shopmojo.jojoplans@gmail.com within TWO business days of receiving your order. Please note, we are not responsible for items damaged in-transit or mis-delivered packages.
Coupon Codes:
Have a coupon code? Make sure to enter it at checkout. Check and double check that the coupon applied to your order before completing check out. Coupons will not be honored if it is forgotten at checkout or customer doesn't double check to make sure the coupon was applied to cart.
MOJO REWARDS:
If you have any issues with your redeemed discounts applying to your order please reach out via email to shopmojo.jojoplans@gmail.com BEFORE completing your order to receive your code to enter manually at checkout. Sometimes the rewards system glitches and does not automatically apply your discount though your discount has been made and is still active.
Once your order has been processed order totals cannot be adjusted to reflect the discount. Your unused code is still valid and can be found under redeemed coupons in your MOJO Rewards account to use on a future purchase.
If you are having issues with a coupon please contact us BEFORE finalizing your order so we can figure out a fix for the coupon code.
